Hugh Jones is passionate about property.

He believes that buying and selling property, and managing investment properties should be easy, transparent and stress free for his clients. 

Hugh is director and founder of Synergy and a licensed estate agent.  Since 1992, Hugh has bought and sold over 1200 properties – from single bedroom apartments to multi-million dollar shopping centres.

Using extensive knowledge of the Melbourne market and a systematic research approach, Hugh advises clients about property acquisition, negotiation, sales strategy and portfolio development.

Hugh's passion and commitment to providing specialist property advice to clients, has meant that he has developed a loyal client base – leading him to become a partner in a sales business and eventually establishing Synergy in 2008.

“Eventually, with so many of my repeat clients asking me for property advice, I decided that I would rather be helping people than just selling houses and started an independent consulting business in 2000.

In recent times we have seen a gap in the market for quality property management and vendor advocacy services. At the request of many of our clients, we have broadened our property management services and really stepped up our focus on vendor advocacy. Now we can truly fulfil all of our clients’ property needs, whether it be buying, selling or management!”

Synergy takes an independent and holistic approach to property investment and offers a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to clients. Synergy is not a traditional real estate agency and instead works to buy better, sell better and gain better rental returns for clients.
