Managing Commercial Investments

While Synergy does not manage commercial property internally, we are regularly engaged to purchase commercial investments on behalf of clients.

As part of the completion of our brief, and before settlement, we interview local commercial agents and provide a written recommendation as to who would be best suited based on our research.

Many clients also engage Synergy for an additional service which entails attending the annual property inspection and advising the client at this inspection of rental review or lease renewal as an independent advisor.
