When I bought my second property and decided to keep my first home as an investment I engaged Synergy to lease and manage the property for me. They found a tenant and had a lease signed from the first day it was available and in the 2 years since have released the property once. Long term business relationship 

Having contact with Rachel from Synergy regarding tenancy of one of our units, we have been most impressed with Rachel’s commitment and dedication as our portfolio consultant. Rachel is very thorough and continually keeps us updated as to interested tenants, arranges quotations for maintenance work when required and ensures the property is at its best for inspection.

As we live in country Victoria we have today received Leases which were signed only on Monday. Her communication skills are exceptional and is confident in contracting body corporate and the like.

Appreciation of hard work

We wanted to let you know how appreciative we are of Anna's recent work on our behalf.

Our unit was rented out to a tenant who did a 'runner' leaving a large amount of damage plus a number of months unpaid rent. Anna had just begun work with Synergy and had to deal with this mess. She was excellent in her handling of all of the issues in getting the property cleaned, repaired and painted ready for reletting. She had the property on the market and rented out in a short time and then she prepared our landlords' insurance claim. She was in constant contact with us to make sure we were kept up to date with proceedings. Nothing seemed to be a problem for Anna and her advice along the way was first class.

We are very happy with Anna and how she managed things on our behalf. Synergy should also be pleased to have such a conscientious member of staff.
