The Brief
A potential landlord contacted Synergy for management advice on a recently acquired two bedroom apartment. The property was bought as a long term investment and had yet to settle.  Understanding that vacancy periods are costly, the landlord was keen to minimise this as well as achieve the highest possible rent.

The Strategy
As the property was already well presented, Synergy liaised with the vendor and made an agreement to commence advertising for tenants prior to settlement. Synergy was able to use the photos from the sale to advertise the property and held open for inspections two weeks prior to settlement.

The Execution
The property’s presentation attracted many prospective tenants and Synergy managed to lease the property quickly, easily and at a fantastic rental price to a long term tenant, prior to settlement.

The Result
The new tenant signed the lease with commencement the day after settlement and of course, the new landlords were thrilled, achieving a strong rental immediately.
